ABOUTmE

For me, painting is a way of living. It helps me stay open, grounded, and honest — with life and with myself. Over time, I’ve come to understand that peace doesn’t depend on what happens, but on how we choose to see and respond to it. That shift in perspective — from resistance to presence — is what anchors my creative process.

I paint to embrace what IS. To say yes to the spontaneous, the imperfect, the unplanned. I’ve come to believe that what we call “imperfection” is often exactly what’s needed — that there are no real mistakes, in painting or in life, when we stay present, accepting, and open to love. What emerges might be unexpected, but it always carries meaning if we are willing to receive it.

My process is playful and intuitive. I paint on the floor, I mix colors on the spot, I let my hands lead. I love to get messy, to be surprised. It’s a return to being a child — curious, free, fearless. Painting has become a space of liberation, of softness, of remembering how to live without fear of not doing it “right.” It’s a way of reconnecting with a more joyful, relaxed way of being — one we often forget with maturity, but that art brings back to life. I hope my work invites the viewer into that same space: of emotion, wonder, and permission.

Color is one of the most distinctive elements of my work. I’m especially drawn to vibrant, emotional tones — pinks, corals, blues — that express both strength and sensitivity. These colors are not just aesthetic choices; they are a language. They speak of visibility, freedom, emotion, and presence. They help create a space that feels vibrant yet calm — a space where emotion is welcome, and where the viewer can feel at home.

What guides me, always, is curiosity. I’m deeply observant. I ask myself questions about life, happiness, connection, love... I try to explore not just what we see, but what we feel and don’t always say.

In the end, painting is my way of celebrating life as it is — raw, unpredictable, beautifully imperfect. It’s a way of saying: everything belongs. There is room for all of it.

May my paintings offer you a space to feel, to breathe, and to see the quiet beauty that lives in the present — in the ordinary, the subtle, the now. And may they also awaken a sense of freedom, playfulness, and the courage to be fully, unapologetically yourself.

My creative journey began with collage and poetry, both of which helped me understand how art can give shape to what’s too complex to express through words or traditional lines.

Later, I was drawn to the clarity and depth of Japanese art — particularly floral ikebana and sumi-e painting — which taught me to observe with humility, to create with reverence, and to embrace simplicity as a form of truth.

That path led me to specialize in Art Therapy, exploring how creativity can support emotional awareness and transformation.

Over time, I expanded into Abstract Art studies, incorporating painting, sculpture, and photography into a more personal and intuitive practice. Though much of my learning has been self-led, it’s always been guided by a desire for depth, freedom, and connection.

Alongside my artistic practice, I also have a background in business, having worked in both corporate environments and launched my own entrepreneurial projects. This experience gives me a grounded perspective and a sense of structure that supports the more instinctive side of my creative life.
